Parole for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans

  • Cover letter explaining the purpose of the humanitarian parole request
  • Detailed explanation of the emergency situation that necessitates the humanitarian parole
  • Proof of identity (copy of passport, birth certificate, etc.)
  • Proof of relationship to the individual involved in the emergency situation (if applicable)
  • Proof of Income and Finances showing enough finance to support the Parolee for their stay in the USA:
    • Letter from the Institutional bank showing Balance in the account
    • Letter from the Employee detailing name of the employee, position and salary
    • Last Tax Transcript

  • Parole I-94 (If you have it) or Passport
  • Expired Work Permit (if you are going to renew it)
  • Government-issued identification such as a passport or driver's license (must include a photo of you)

  • Certified Translations of Any Non-English Documents: All documents not in English must be accompanied by certified English translations.

Green Card Renewal

  • No photos required
  • Current Residency (Green Card Card)(If you do not have it, the A-number and class of entry are required)

Asylum

Personal Identification:

  • Passport: If you have one.
  • Form I-94: Arrival/Departure Record if you have it.
  • Other Government-Issued Identification: Any other ID such as a national ID card or driver’s license.

Photographs:

  • Two Passport-Style Photos: Recent photographs of yourself (2x2 inches with a white background).

Personal Narrative and Statement:

  • Detailed Written Statement: Explaining why you are seeking asylum and the persecution you faced or fear in your home country.

Supporting Evidence and Documents:

  • Proof of Persecution or Fear: Evidence supporting your claim, such as:
    • Police reports or medical records.
    • Newspaper articles about events in your home country.
    • Personal affidavits or statements from witnesses.
  • Country Conditions Information: Reports or documents about conditions in your home country that support your fear of persecution.
  • Identification and Relationship Documents:
    • Birth certificates.
    • Marriage certificates, if applicable.
    • Children’s birth certificates, if applicable.

Previous Immigration History:

  • Records of Prior Immigration Applications: Any documents related to previous applications or immigration status in the U.S.

Proof of Presence in the U.S.:

  • Documents Showing Entry and Stay in the U.S.: Copies of visas, entry stamps, boarding passes, or other evidence of your presence in the U.S.

  • Records of Any Immigration Proceedings: Such as removal or deportation.

Basis for Asylum Claim:

  • Detailed Explanation of Persecution: Reason for fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.
  • Specific Incidents: Descriptions of specific events or threats faced in your home country.
  • Fear of Future Persecution: Explanation of why you believe you will face persecution if you return to your home country.

Employment and Residence History:

  • Addresses for the Last 5 Years: Including dates of residence.
  • Employment History for the Last 5 Years: Including employer names, addresses, and dates of employment.

Criminal History:

  • Any Criminal Convictions or Charges: In the U.S. or any other country, including the nature of the offense and the outcome.

Military and Political Affiliations:

  • Details of Any Military Service: Including dates and country of service.
  • Political Affiliations: Membership or support for political parties or movements in your home country.
